Shipping policy

PRE-ORDER SHIPPING

Specific items are available exclusively through pre-order. Please allow 2 weeks after pre-order schedule closes for your order to be produced and prepared for shipment. Once your order is ready, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation with tracking information.

Please note: Pre-order items are made specifically for each order. Because of this, processing times may vary slightly. If your order includes both pre-order and in-stock items, your entire order will ship together once the pre-order item is ready.
